By creating an account or using Climb – Grow Together ("Climb", "we", "app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. About Climb
Climb is a habit and activity tracking app that allows users to log their daily progress, compete in rankings with other users through caravans (groups), and monitor their personal evolution.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Climb.
By creating an account, you confirm that the information provided is true and accurate.
Each person may have only one active account.
3. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
Do not share your account with third parties.
Notify us immediately at support@weareclimbapp.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
We reserve the right to suspend accounts with suspicious activity or that violate these Terms.
4. Acceptable Use
By using Climb, you agree not to:
Log false activities or manipulate scores, streaks, or rankings dishonestly
Use scripts, bots, or any automated means to interact with the app
Create fake accounts or impersonate another person
Post offensive, abusive, discriminatory, or illegal content in usernames or profile photos
Attempt to access, modify, or harm the app's infrastructure
Violate third-party intellectual property rights
5. Caravans (Groups)
Caravans are competition or cooperation groups created by users and joined via invite code.
A caravan administrator may remove members who violate group rules or these Terms.
To delete your account, you must first transfer administration of any caravan for which you are the sole administrator with other members.
6. Reports System
Climb provides a tool to report users for cheating, offensive content, impersonation, or spam.
Reports are reviewed by the Climb team. We reserve the right to suspend or ban accounts that violate these Terms after verification.
Misuse of the reporting tool for harassment may result in the suspension of your own account.
7. User Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post in the app (username, profile photo).
By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content to other users within the app.
8. Subscriptions and Payments
8.1 Free Plan
Climb offers a free plan with basic features at no cost.
8.2 Climb Pro
The Climb Pro plan offers additional features through a paid subscription. Current prices are displayed on the upgrade screen within the app.
8.3 Billing
Subscriptions are processed by the App Store (Apple) or Google Play, depending on the platform.
Billing occurs at the time of purchase confirmation and renews automatically at the start of each period.
8.4 Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through App Store or Google Play settings.
Cancellation prevents renewal in the next cycle; access to the Pro plan remains active until the end of the already-paid period.
There are no refunds for partially used periods, except as provided by Apple's or Google's policies.
8.5 Restoring Purchases
Previous purchases can be restored via the "Restore purchases" button in the app settings.
9. Intellectual Property
Climb, its logos, design, source code, and content are the exclusive property of the Climb team, protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or reverse-engineer any part of the app without prior written authorization.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Climb is provided "as is," without warranties of continuous availability, freedom from errors, or fitness for a specific purpose. We are not responsible for loss of activity data or streaks resulting from technical failures.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Climb is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the app. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount paid for the subscription in the last 12 months.
12. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time under Settings → Edit Profile → Delete account.
Deletion is permanent and irreversible. All your data will be removed immediately.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms without prior notice.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated via in-app notification with at least 7 days' advance notice.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes will be resolved in the jurisdiction of the user's domicile, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Law No. 8,078/1990).
